PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL DECREES OF DIVORCE MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CLERK'S OFFICE BY DECEMBER 15, 2014 IF ENTRY IS DESIRED BY THE END OF THE YEAR!

A1. You must be an attorney admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and meet other requirements as set out in the BYLAWS.
